I was originally drawn to yoga for its physical benefits when I began practicing in 2004, but I soon realized the profound effect it had on my life. Yoga became a tool for self-awareness, personal growth, inner strength and peace of mind.

I view yoga as an opportunity to connect with one’s self, to delve inside and challenge yourself to find your authentic Self, thus creating the freedom to break through limiting physical and emotional blocks.

I completed my teacher training in 2005 and have since studied various styles of yoga with acclaimed teachers and bring these influences to my classes to guide students to open their hearts, increase strength and flexibility, and discover optimal health. I teach from a place of personal breakthroughs encouraging students to challenge themselves physically and mentally, explore their boundaries and discover their inner strength.

Through yoga, it is my hope to inspire students to find their own wise teacher within.
